Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed praying for direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.) Sadar , District Mau to decide the S.C.C. Suit No. 18 of 2008( Manshurool Haq Vs. Mahmudul Hasan) within some specified period of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that issues have been framed and case is pending since 2018 for hearing.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge (S.D.) Sadar , District Mau to decide the S.C.C. Suit No. 18 of 2008( Manshurool Haq Vs. Mahmudul Hasan) within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order before him duly downloaded from official website of this Court.
