Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
"1. issue a writ order or direction by directing the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Sadar, Mau, to decide the SCC Suit No. 19 of 2008, (Manshurool Haq and another Vs. Prem Chandra Verma) pending before him, most expeditiously in time bound manner as fixed by this Hon'ble Court otherwise the petitioner/ plaintiff shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
It is contended that the petitioner filed S.C.C. Suit No. 19 of 2008 (Manshurool Haq and another v. Prem Chandra Verma) in the Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sadar, Mau for eviction and recovery of arrears of rent. It is contended that in the said suit issues were framed on 05.05.2018 and thereafter only the dates are being fixed and the proceedings are lingering before the court below.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid case may be directed to be decided within a particular time frame.

Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the Court below is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order, fixing short dates, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
