JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 226 of the Constitution of India as well as under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the prayer that the FIR being III-CR No. 266 of 2011 registered with Manjalpur Police Station for the offence under the Prohibition Act may be quashed and set aside on the grounds stated in the Petition.
Learned Advocate Mr. R.N.S.Ghotra for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. Permission granted. The present Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
