1. Exhibit P1 application of the petitioner for revision of his own timings for operating stage carriage, KL-07/AR 4107 is pending consideration before the respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider this application within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case I direct the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P1 application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Judgment.
