Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition seeks a prayer for issuing a direction to the Board of Revenue for expeditious disposal of Revision No.1815/L.R./2011-2012, District-Azamgarh, Dal Singar vs. Rajveer and others.
For the aforesaid purpose, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Chairman, Board of Revenue with appropriate application seeking expeditious disposal of the revision. In case any such application is made by the petitioner before the Chairman, Board of Revenue, he shall take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law within a maximum period of six weeks from the date such application along with certified copy of this order is furnished before him.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
