The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.16181 of 2018 (Smt Manorma Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant that the order of the writ court has been complied with and prays that the present contempt application be dismissed having become infrctuous.
Prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, the contempt application be dismissed as having become infrctuous.
