JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE BANKIM.N.MEHTA) Learned advocate Mr. Soni, after arguing the matter for some time as the Court was not inclined to entertain the application and raised certain queries, which could not be replied by learned advocate Mr. Soni, sought time to take instructions as to whether he should proceed with the matter or withdraw the same.
In view of the fact that the matter was only partly heard and Mr. Soni sought time to take instructions, we deem it fit to grant time.
