JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. No doubt, the technology is advanced beyond imagination, but, present is the case which requires thorough investigation and a report is required to be filed before this Court.
2. In the present case, the convict has filed an application through jail, which is dated 15.05.2012. It is mentioned in that application that he is a resident of Village 'Parahi' of District Bhind of State of Madhya Pradesh; and that his father is died on 14.05.2012. What is required to be inquire into as to how can the convict is able to produce the death certificate of his father, who died on 14.05.2012, whose death is registered on the same day i.e. on 14.05.2012 with the Registrar, Births and Deaths, Parahi Janpad Panchayat, District Bhid, State of Madhya Pradesh and is produced along with the application which is filed on 15.05.2012.
2.1 The Superintendent of Jail, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad is directed to file an affidavit explaining as to how can the applicant get this death certificate, where, death is occurred on 14.05.2012 and registered on 14.05.2012 with the competent authority concerned and sent on 14.05.2012 at 6-23 pm and then enclosed with this application dated 15.05.2012, on or before 18.05.2012.
3. The matter is adjourned to 18.05.2012.
