The applicant/prisoner has taken-out this application for seeking furlough leave, which has been due admissible to him 10 months before the filing of the application. He has also submitted that the appropriate opinion is also obtained from the concerned authority and yet there is no action taken on his leave application. In view of this, the authority concern is hereby directed to decide the furlough application of this applicant within a week from the receipt of this order. However, the applicant/prisoner is at liberty to approach this Court by way of appropriate application, in case the decision of concern authority is against him. The applicant/prisoner be informed accordingly.
