1.Learned APP has indicated, under instruction, that the decision to challenge the order of Sessions Court on 03.12.2011 below Exhibits- 195 and 203 is in Special NDPS Case No.1 of 2006 is already taken and the proceedings are likely to be cast.
2.In view of this, learned counsel Shri Champaneri submits that the matter be posted after 15 days so that in the mean while, if any challenge is raised the same could be of some avail for adjudicating the present petition also. Accordingly, S.O. to 06.03.2012.

3.Learned advocate for the petitioner may seek adjournment before the appropriate Court where the charges are likely to be framed on 18.02.2012 and when such application is made, learned APP has said it may considered in view of the fact that the proceedings are pending before this Court and it shall be granted.
