The request for time is made on behalf of learned advocate Shri F.B.Brahmbhatt with consent of Shri P.S.Champaneri, so far as, cognate matter i.e. Scr.A No. 619 of 2012 is concerned, he could not obtain instruction from Shri Goswami, learned advocate for the applicant.

However, this Court is of the view that in light of the recent circular qua placement of the matter, the office may examine and do the needful for placement of the matters.
