JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Mr.Maulik Nanavati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State waives service of Rule for the respondent-State.
The instant application is forwarded by the applicant-convict through jail seeking parole leave for 30 days on the ground that engagement ceremony of the son of the convict is fixed on 21.06.2012.
Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr.Maulik Nanavati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State, it transpires that parole leave application submitted by the convict to the concerned jail authority has still remained pending and as yet not decided.
In above view of matter, the concerned jail authority is directed to decide the parole leave application of the applicant in the instant matter on or before 19.06.2012. The instant application stands disposed of, accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
