1. Petitioners are rival operators of the second respondent. Petitioners' grievance is that the second respondent has been granted a regular permit in which settlement of timings is pending. Petitioners' only contention is that Exts.P3 to P5 may be considered, while settling the timings of the second respondent.
2. Petitioners shall produce a certified copy of this judgment before the Secretary, RTA within a period of one week from today and the Secretary, RTA, when scheduling a timing conference, shall consider the said issue after hearing the objections of the petitioners before settling the timings of the 2nd respondent.
Writ petition is disposed off.
