1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with a prayer to command the respondent authorities to allot the fair price shop in favour of petitioner in pursuance to open meeting of village Panchayat Tarapur Naseer and the proposal given by the Gram Sabha in favour of the petitioner may be considered by the authority concerned .
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to inquiry report dated 2.5.2018 conducted by Regional Marketing Officer and a letter dated 3.5.2018 issued by District Supply Officer, Kasganj, candidature of one Girish Chandra ( respondent No.5) who is the son of ex-fair price shop owner is under process.
4. In view of the above this Court cannot direct the Authorities to grant allotment of fair price shop in favour of particular person. The Authorities shall take decision or or before 31st August, 2018.
5. With these observation this petition is partly allowed.However, if even after stipulated time granted to State the grievance still remains, petitioner is given liberty to revive the petition.
