JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Desai, learned advocate for the respondent Society has placed on record letter / communication dated 5.9.2012.
On perusal of the said letter / communication dated 5.9.2012 it becomes clear that the grievance made by the petitioner is completely addressed, however Mr. Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioner has requested that some time may be granted so that he may inform the petitioner about said letter / communication dated 5.9.2012. He further submitted that time is required because the letter / communication dated 5.9.2012 is served to him today.
