1. Though served no one appeared on behalf of the respondent. Earlier this Court (Coram: K. M. Thaker, J.) vide order dated 30.01.2012 was pleased to issue notice making it returnable on 07.03.2012. On 07.03.2012, further time was given to enable the respondent to enter appearance and if respondent so desire, the proceedings was adjourned to 26.03.2012. Thus, on 26.03.2012, there is no appearance filed on behalf of the respondent. Hence, as a last chance, the matter was adjourned to 02.04.2012.
