Petitioners are Assistant Professors in the 4th respondent college. They seek directions to respondents 1 to 3 to grant the benefit of five non-compounded advance increments provided for in Ext.P4 order of the Government. As per the judgment in W.P.(C) No.10579 of 2014, this Court had directed respondents 1 to 3 to grant the said benefit to similarly placed persons. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Ext.P9 judgment has become final. The fact that Ext.P9 judgment has become final, is not disputed by the respondents. 2. In the said circumstances, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to extend to the petitioners the benefit of five non-compounded advance increments provided for in Ext.P4 order of the Government, as extended to the petitioners in Ext.P9 case, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is allowed as above.
