Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Union of India and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant with reference to summoning dated 01.03.2021, issued by opposite party no.2, under Section - 70 of the Central Goods Service Tax Act, 2017.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move appropriate bail application before the court concerned and the same shall be considered and decided on its merit by the court concerned, expeditiously.
