The petitioner claims to be the Secretary of Contract Carriage Operators Association, Alappuzha District. The petitioner made a representation before the respondent Revenue Divisional Officer, Chengannur for taking appropriate measures to provide for parking space as well as fixation of fare for the pilgrims who are coming down to the Sabarimala through Train and getting down at Chengannur Railway Station. On account of the non consideration of the representation, petitioner has approached this Court. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer authority convened a meeting and in which the petitioner has take part on 10.11.2014. In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall take appropriate measure based on the meeting held on 10.11.2014 to alleviate the

2 grievance of the pilgrims and also to take all measures to safeguard the interest of Sabarimala pilgrims.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
