The office report shows that the Cr. Misc. Application U/S 482 No. 10699 of 2019 was dismissed by the coordinate Bench of this court on 28.03.2019 without granting any liberty to file a fresh petition. Thus the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable.
The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that non bailable warrants has been issued against the applicant on 29.01.2019. The applicant is directed to surrender before the court concern within no time. Instead of hunting the court for some relief, he ought to participated in the proceedings.
I am not inclined to pass any order in the present proceedings. Learned trial court is fullest of its liberty to take any action/process provided under the scheme of Cr.P.C. ensure the attendance of the applicant at the earliest.
With this direction, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
Office is directed to transmit the copy of this order to the court concerned within 10 days for communication and compliance.
