Heard Shri Awadesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nimai Dass, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner is raising disputed questions of fact which cannot be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation dated 26.02.2018 before the respondent no.2, which is pending consideration.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with a law within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
