1. The present contempt petition has been filed for alleged violation/non compliance of the judgment and order dated 23.07.2019 passed by writ court in Land Acquisition No.11892 of 2019 filed by the petitioner.
2. It was alleged in the writ petition that the petitioner's land was acquired and award was passed on 22.01.2015. It was alleged that 100 per cent solatium was not awarded to the petitioner and he was entitled to 100 per cent solatium. It was further said that the Government Order dated 15.02.2017 had been issued wherein it was clarified that the land situated in semi urban area should be counted in the rural area and benefit of rural area to be given.
3. The aforesaid writ petition was finally disposed of directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the orders dated 08.05.2017 and 25.07.2018 keeping in view the Government Order dated 15.02.2017.

In compliance of the aforesaid judgment and order dated 23.07.2019 (supra), Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Nagar Mahapalika-I, Lucknow has passed a detailed order in which it has been said that the award was passed on 03.03.2015 and the Government Orders dated 13.07.2016 and 15.02.2017 have been issued much after the award was passed and payment was made. It has further been said that under Section 33 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 time period for correction of award is 6 months and, therefore, no further order can be passed for correcting the award in case of the petitioner.
5. In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any substance in the present contempt petition, which is hereby dismissed.
