The applicants have preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Writ A No.11000 of 2020 (Manoj Kumar & 6 others Vs. State of U.P. & 8 others).
A prayer has been made by Sri S. C. Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that two months further time be granted to opposite party to comply with the order passed by the writ Court.
In view of the statement given by Sri S. C. Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, the present Contempt Application is disposed of directing the opposite party to comply with the order passed by the writ Court within two months.
In case order of the writ Court is not complied with in its letter and spirit, the applicant is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition.
