Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1, Teshildar to decide the Case No.T2016716577012825 (Manoj Kumar Vs. Musai) within the stipulated period which is pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Dhanghata, Sant Kabir Nagar, since 2014 within specific stipulated period granted by this Hon'ble Court.
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation application filed in the year 2016 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Teshildar to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
