JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Agarwal,J.
Learned AGA states that the final report has been submitted in this case. After submission of final report, the cause of action for filing the writ petition does not survive as there remain no requirement either of quashing the first information report or of staying the arrest.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. The interim order dated 21.1.2009 is vacated.
