Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
It is pointed out by the learned AGA that no charge sheet in this matter has yet been filed and, therefore, the process of court has not yet begun. This being the admitted position an application under Section 482 CrPC for the relief of expeditious consideration of bail pending investigation is not maintainable.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not maintainable.
It is clarified that the applicant will have all other remedies under the law for the relief that he seeks.
