Perused the office report dated 18.10.2021, according to which the sole appellant-Manoj Kumar is dead.
We have perused the report dated 26.3.2021 submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh as per circular of this Court. Apart from other documents, photocopy of the death certificate of appellant Manoj Kumar dated 28.1.2013 has also been annexed, which shows that he died on 24.10.2012.
Accordingly, present appeal stands abated.
