This writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 09.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0532 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Bhongaon, District- Mainpuri.
In the F.I.R. in substance the allegation has been made that various persons got their names recorded over the land of gaon sabha without there being any valid patta in their favour.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were not involved in the aforesaid entry and they have no knowledge about it.
In view of the fact of present case writ petition is disposed of with the direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 0532 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Bhongaon, District- Mainpuri. till the submission of report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
