The petitioner states that a similar petition on the similar set of facts has been disposed off by this Court by means of an order dated 3.12.2018, passed in Writ – A No. 25415 of 2018 (Shri Narayan and two others vs. State of U.P. and two others). The present writ petition is also disposed off on the same terms and conditions as indicated in the order dated 3.12.2018 passed in Writ – A No. 25415 of 2018.
