Learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, Ms Archana Singh, who appears on behalf of respondent no 3, and Sri J.N.Maurya, who appears on behalf of respondent no 4, have informed the Court that in P.I.L.No 34525 of 2017, an order has been passed requiring the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Varanasi and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Meerut to complete the process of removing all unauthorized Dairies running within the respective cities on or before 30th June, 2019; and Ist of July, 2019 is the next date fixed in the proceedings for the respondents to file a progress report.
It has been submitted that pursuant to the said direction, notices have been issued to unauthorized Dairies and, therefore, no interference is called for.
In view of the above, we decline to entertain this petition and leave it open to the petitioner to ventilate their grievances through an application in the pending P.I.L No 34525 of 2017, if so advised.
With the aforesaid liberty, Writ Petition is disposed off.
