Today, when the Special Appeal is taken up Sri Ravindra Singh, who is the original counsel has not cared to appear.
This appeal is full of concealments, full facts have not been given, even the enclosures in the counter affidavit, which were filed by Sri Manu Saxena have not been filed along with the special appeal, which clearly indicates that at every stage the appellant has indulged in concealments.
The appellant is not playing fair with the Court. He neither deserves sympathy nor mercy. The appellant has indulged in falsehood althrough and today when the matter has been taken up Sri Ravindra Singh, the original counsel has not cared to appear only Sri Shivsagar Singh, the subsequent counsel has appeared.
The Special Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
