Heard Sri A.R.Dube, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner wants certified copy of the registered Will dated 1.2.1999 alleged to have been executed by his father. From the pleadings in the petition, we do not find that the petitioner had ever applied for the certified copy of the said will. There is no reference of any date on which any such application has been moved by the petitioner.
In view of above, the petitioner is not entitled to any direction or relief in the present writ petition. He may, however, apply afresh in accordance with law to the respondents no. 2 & 3 for the certified copy of the Will which shall be considered as per law most expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
