1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel and; Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for Gram Sabha.
2. Grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the appeal filed by the State against him being appeal No. C-201902000000357 of 2019, has remained pending before respondent no.2/Commissioner, Allahabad Region, Allahabad, since 2019. The dispute itself is stated to be with respect to demarcation.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the aforesaid appeal may be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that time period and cooperates in the proceedings.
