The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for a decision on the representation dated 26/27.03.2021. The representation is for shifting of the electric lines passing through the habitat area not only over head to the constructed building but even close to the building and lines along-with road.
Since the prayer is only for a decision on the representation. Thus we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the respondents to take a decision on the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner within a period of two months form the date of production of a certified copy of this order and convey the out come of the same to the petitioner.
