Heard Mr. Manoj Pandey, learned Advocate, holding for Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel respondents 2 and 3.
In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the prayers made in the writ petition and considering that respondents admit that the petitioner's land was acquired in 2003, we direct the second respondent to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 5.7.2018 (Annexure-5), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from today on merits in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures before the second respondent, within a period of 10 days from today. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the petitioner's entitlement. The concerned authority shall deal with the representation strictly in accordance with law. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
