Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent authorities to remove illegal encroachment made by the respondent over Arazi No. 45 area 0.9540 hectare situated in Village Sheetalmajha Tappa Nagwatikar, Pargana Silhat, Tehsil Rudrapur, District Deoria.
Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 clear indicates that the order dated 20.11.2018 has been complied with and encroachment has been removed.
This position is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Under such circumstances, the petition stands disposed of in view of the counter affidavit as admitted by the petitioner.
