Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the application dated 10.02.2020 which was filed for removal of encroachment.
Vide order dated, 24.06.2021, this Court has sought instruction from learned Standing Counsel.
Today, learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 21.08.2021 which is taken on record. As per instruction, encroachment has already been removed by Revenue Court on 18.08.2021 in presence of petitioner as well as respondent and photograph of the same is also annexed alongwith instruction, therefore, writ petition has become infructuous, which is not objected by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
