It has been stated by the counsel for the petitioner that encroachments over the Gaon Sabha plots have been removed and the work for restoration of pond to its original shape and position has started and therefore no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid statement given by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos. 3 and 4 to ensure that the pond is restored to its original position.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
