Order on Crl. Misc. Application No. 2 of 2018 A personal-affidavit has been filed by Sri Devendra Nath, S.P., Ballia who is present in compliance of this Court's order dated 19.04.2019 and the same is taken on record.
Heard Sri Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer commanding the respondent authorities to find out/trace out the whereabouts of the father of the petitioner namely Vinod Kumar Sharma forthwith.
As the matter is still under investigation and S.P. Ballia has assured this Court that the investigation shall be completed within stipulated period, hence, S.P. Ballia is directed that the investigation of this case shall be concluded within six weeks positively and submit its report accordingly before the Court concerned.
Presence of S.P., Ballia is hereby dispensed with. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
