Heard Sri Shyam Shankar Mishra, learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant has filed complaint under Section 138,141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 on 14.11.2018, which was registered as Complaint Case No.1831 of 2018 (Manoj Kumar Rathore Vs. M/s Tomar Industrial Security Agency and others). It is further submitted that the complaint filed by the complainant is pending for more than two years and the applicant is facing harassment.
In view of the above, the learned court below is directed to expedite the disposal of Complaint Case No.1831 of 2018 (Manoj Kumar Rathore Vs. M/s Tomar Industrial Security Agency and others) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Sihani Gate, District Ghaziabad without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands disposed of.
