The petitioner claims that he is owner of Plot No.
241 area 0.1880 and Plot No. 608 area 0.2390 total 0.4270 hectare situated at Village & Post Office Shishuapar, Pargana Saidpur, Tehsil Jakhaniyan, District Ghazipur and the S.H.O., respondent no. 4 is interfering in the possession of the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that no Executive Authority can interfere in the rightful possession of any individual, except in accordance with law.
