This petition has been instituted by a practising Advocate alleging that various plots which find mention in paragraph - 7 of the writ petition, have been encroached.
Bearing in mind the nature of issues which are raised, this Court finds no ground to entertain this writ petition in public interest at the behest of a practising lawyer.
The writ petition is consequently dismissed.
