Today, when the matter is taken up, Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.2.2019, he has received the instructions dated 25.4.2019 sent by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj, wherein it has been indicated that the order of this Court dated 7.5.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.11581 of 2018 would be complied with, without any further delay. The request has been made for according two months' time to finalize the investigation in the matter. The instruction is taken on record.
Once categorical instruction is placed then this Court hopes and trusts that the order of the Division Bench is to be complied with in six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of at this stage with liberty to the applicant to move a fresh application, if the order is not complied with by the opposite parties within the stipulated time as aforementioned.
