JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite the order of the Court, learned standing counsel has failed to file the counter affidavit in this regard.
Two weeks' further time is allowed to him for filing counter affidavit. If the counter affidavit is not filed on the next date, a cost of Rs. 2000/- shall be imposed to be recovered from the person who is authorized to file counter affidavit.
