Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court inter-alia for a direction to Civil Judge (S.D.), Sonbhadra to decide the Original Suit No.57 of 2016 (Narbada Mishra & others Vs. Ram Lakhan and others) within stipulated period.
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that inspite of the fact that a considerable time has already lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken on the application No.6-C filed by the petitioner for grant of interim injunction.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Sonbhadra to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months, if not yet been decided, from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
