JUDGMENT / ORDER

List this petition on 27 May 2014 as fresh. Sri Praveen Shukla has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3.
In the meantime, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective respondents shall take instructions. In particular, we direct the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent to place before the Court the communication dated 17 January 2014 of the Senior Superintendent of Post Office, Gorakhpur furnishing the negative list to the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur.
When the case is next listed the name of Sri Praveen Shukla shall also be shown as counsel for the respondents.
