Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the Fast Track Court No.2 (Junior Division), District Deoria to decide the Case No. 3831 of 2019 (State vs. Manoj Jaiswal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 113 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Deoria, within a stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as this Court is not aware of the schedule/docket of the trial court concerned, it is expected that the trial court will make all endeavor to decide the each case early.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Fast Track Court No.2 (Junior Division), District Deoria to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, as per provisions of the Act itself.
