This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 2418 of 2016 (State Versus Manoj Jain) as well as Charge Sheet No. 28 of 2015 dated 28.01.2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 249/2015 under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Mahila Thana, District Agra, pending before A.C.J.M.-X, Agra.
The dispute is between the husband and wife, there is injury report.
It appears from the conduct of the applicant that the judicial process is being misused to harass the lady.
I do not find any good ground to interfere with the matter.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
