This petition has been filed for directing IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar, to expedite and decide the Small Causes Case No.13 of 2016, (Manoj Kumar Gupta vs. Abhinav).
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the court below to expedite the hearing of the suit and proceed without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
