JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer that his bail application in case crime no. 1038 of 2010, under Sections 272, 273 I.P.C. and Section 60, 60(2) and 72 of Excise Act, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar be ordered to be considered expeditiously without unnecessary delay by the court below.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA this application is disposed off with a direction that if the applicant surrenders within two weeks from today his bail application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible without unnecessary delay after giving opportunity to the prosecution in the aforesaid crime number for the aforesaid offences.
